  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup gruyere cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • Turkey bacon (or plant-based bacon) for topping

Instructions
