  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Canola oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl. Adjust spiciness to taste.
  2. Marinate chicken tenderloins in buttermilk for at least 10 minutes.
