  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the brownie layer, melt butter and mix with sugar, then add eggs and vanilla extract. Combine dry ingredients before mixing into the wet ingredients.
