  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 28 oz bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions & peppers
  • 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup (or mushroom)
  • 2+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink; season as desired.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef with frozen potatoes, both soups, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
