  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (or vegetable oil)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, stir cashew butter, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until fully mixed.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips for added sweetness.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave.
  8. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
  9. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top before refrigerating again until set.
