  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallows crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; then mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and press the dough evenly into the prepared dish.
