  • ½ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • milk (adjust for consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes). Stir in sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  2. Mix in flour and salt until combined; knead until soft and slightly sticky. Add blue food coloring; knead until evenly distributed.
  3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size (1 to 1½ hours).
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, crushed cookies, and chocolate chips.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly over it, roll tightly from one side, and cut into rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish; let rise again for 30-45 minutes while preheating oven to 350°F.
