  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
  • 12 French baguettes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard (replace Worcestershire sauce with vinegar), lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, garlic, black pepper, and salt until smooth. Reserve some for assembly.
  2. Season chicken cutlets with sea salt and pepper. Set up a breading station with flour mixed with paprika, whisked eggs, and a combination of panko crumbs, breadcrumbs, herbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dredge each cutlet through flour, egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture before frying them in heated oil until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes per side).
  4. Slice baguettes open lengthwise and spread reserved dressing inside. Layer each sandwich with fried chicken cutlet and chopped romaine salad.
