2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
⅔ cup shredded sweetened coconut flakes
⅔ cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions
Prepare your dredging station by whisking together flour, chili powder, salt, and pepper in one bowl. In another bowl, combine eggs and water for the egg wash.
Set up bowls with shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
