2 slices sourdough bread
6 oz dill havarti cheese, grated
2 tbsp dill pickles, chopped and patted dry
2 tbsp salted butter
1 handful dill pickle flavored potato chips
Instructions
Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread evenly.
On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer half of the grated dill havarti cheese, then chopped dill pickles, followed by crushed potato chips for added crunch. Top with remaining cheese and close with the second slice of bread (butter side facing out).
Heat a skillet over medium heat, place the sandwich in the pan, and cook until golden brown on one side (about 3-4 minutes). Flip and grill until both sides are crispy and the cheese has melted.
Remove from the pan, let cool slightly, then slice diagonally and serve warm.
