Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Fresh broccoli
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water until al dente, reserving one cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Steam broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender; set aside.
  3. Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown (6-8 minutes); remove and set aside.
