  • 6 ounces green olives with pimento, drained (reserve brine)
  • 13 tablespoons olive brine

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add onion powder and garlic powder; mix until well combined.
  3. Pulse in the green olives until evenly distributed but still chunky.
  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of reserved olive brine; adjust consistency by adding more if needed.
