  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vinegar (as Worcestershire sauce alternative)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds. Spread dressing on each tortilla and layer with grilled shrimp and chopped romaine lettuce.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately.
