  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat with green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sriracha until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté shredded Brussels sprouts until caramelized and tender.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet, add sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring to combine until heated through.
  4. Serve warm over rice or on its own, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
