  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional)
  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • Juice of ½ lime (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté diced onions until soft and translucent (about 3 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds).

  7. Pour in chicken broth, tomato paste, and soy sauce; simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
