  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pastry for double pie crust
  • 23 tablespoons butter
