  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes and fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes.
