1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 cups broccoli florets
3 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes and fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Add honey, soy sauce, and optional red pepper flakes; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Return shrimp and broccoli to the skillet; toss everything together until well-coated in sauce. Serve hot.
