  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) box vanilla cake mix
  • ½ cup neutral oil (vegetable or canola)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
