  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
