  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping and set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and powdered sugar until fully combined; cool slightly.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers, then add another layer of crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  4. Top with one last layer of graham crackers and pour the cooled chocolate mixture evenly over it. Smooth out with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing into squares and serving chilled.
