  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 6 sheets phyllo pastry
  • ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crumbled feta and ricotta until well combined.
  3. Cut the phyllo pastry sheets in half lengthwise and cover them with a damp cloth.
  4. Take one strip of phyllo, brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil, place about 1 tablespoon of cheese filling at one end, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat until all filling is used.
  5. Arrange rolls on the baking sheet seam-side down and brush the tops with more melted butter.
