  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • Chopped pecans (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut tortillas into rounds using a cookie cutter. Poke holes in each round with a fork.
