  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chocolate pudding using 1 cup of milk until thickened, then fold in ½ cup of Cool Whip. Spread over the crust and freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with any remaining Cool Whip if desired, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
