  • 6 tbsp salted butter (for salted caramel sauce)
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp heavy cream (for salted caramel sauce)

  2. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes for easier handling.
  3. Prepare the apple filling by cooking diced apples with sugar and spices until tender.
  4. Make the salted caramel sauce by melting sugar until golden, then whisk in butter and cream.
  5. Roll chilled dough into balls and bake at 365°F for about 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
