  • 8 oz lobster meat
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt ½ tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add lobster and crab; cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked seafood with cream cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
  4. In the skillet, melt remaining butter; stir in flour for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth. Add Parmesan and remaining mozzarella; cook until creamy.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread cheese sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff each shell with seafood filling and arrange them in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over the shells.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
