  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Season shrimp with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
