8 ounces crescent rolls
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces sour cream
1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
1 taco seasoning packet
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions. Unroll the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and press into a flat rectangle.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions; stir well.
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cooled crescent roll crust.
Top with seasoned meat, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and any additional toppings you prefer.
