  • 4 large sesame bagels
  • 7 oz cream cheese
  • 5 oz cooked turkey bacon, cooled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, and hot sauce until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in diced turkey bacon and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice each bagel in half and spread the cream cheese mixture generously on each half. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Place assembled bagels on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
